Binary Relations
Through bilateral relations with various countries, mechanisms involving the sharing of experience and knowledge with countries advanced in the field of telecommunications regulations are being developed to enhance the Institution's regulatory capacity so that it can effectively perform its duties; to support and guide countries in our close neighborhood that share common historical and cultural values with us, and to strengthen existing relations by establishing common points of action; additionally, to increase the Institution's recognition and to establish good relations that will provide benefits on international platforms.
Within the scope of bilateral relations, in addition to mutual high-level and expert visits, Memorandums of Understanding are signed between the Institution and its counterparts in various countries, briefing meetings are organized for experts from countries in need, and requests for information on various subjects are fulfilled.
Starting from 2007, bilateral relations have been established between the Institution and the relevant institutions of the following countries, and Memorandums of Understanding / Joint Declarations have been signed.
Egypt, Albania, Iran, Bulgaria, Morocco, Sudan, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Kosovo, Ukraine, Senegal, Lebanon, Syria, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Niger, Tunisia, Kyrgyz Republic, Serbia, Thailand, Jordan, Mauritania, Croatia, Afghanistan, Benin, Sri Lanka, Cameroon, Japan, Côte d'Ivoire, Ghana, Guinea, South Korea, Gambia, India, Kuwait, and Russia.
