Education

Training activities are conducted in our institution to enhance the practical and theoretical knowledge of our personnel regarding their duties, to impart specific knowledge, skills, and attitudes that will make them more successful in their professions, and to prepare them for higher-level tasks.

Training activities within our institution are conducted under four headings.

Adaptation Training

It is the training provided to Expert Assistants who have begun their duties under our institution, taking into account their areas of responsibility, to educate them on civil service rights and obligations, the institution's organization, legislation, duties, and functions, thereby ensuring their adaptation to the institution's structure.

In-Service Training

These are domestic and international training activities conducted to enhance the knowledge and skills of our institution's personnel regarding their duties, to develop their professional competencies and behaviors, to prepare them for higher-level positions, and to ensure the effective execution of services.

Overseas Education

It is the training abroad for the relevant personnel of the Institution, through opportunities such as postgraduate education, internships, courses, seminars, etc., aimed at enhancing their professional knowledge, in accordance with the priorities and needs required by the duties of our Institution.

Overseas Graduate Education

These are postgraduate overseas education activities participated in by Institution personnel for the purpose of their training in professional matters, within the framework of the priorities and needs required by the Institution's duties.

Educational activities are carried out within the framework of annual training plans prepared by combining domestic and international training needs, taking into account the Institution's budget possibilities, in line with the Institution's objectives and policies.

Our Institution provides support to professional personnel to improve their foreign language skills, and a large number of professional personnel benefit from these supports.

Since 2006, our Institution's professional personnel have been participating in postgraduate education at universities in Australia, the USA, and European countries whose equivalence is recognized by YÖK.
