Duties of the Presidency of the Institutional Quality Assessment Directorate
- Establish the institution's quality system by coordinating with units, and conduct studies aimed at determining the institution's mission, vision, and quality criteria.
- As the quality management representative, ensure the maintenance and development of the quality management system, organize review and control meetings, control quality documents, and maintain their records.
- Define business processes, measure their performance, monitor improvement efforts, and prepare the institution's performance report for submission to the Board.
- Audit the services provided by the institution in terms of effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance with the quality system, follow up on the results, and report them.
- Measure the satisfaction levels of the institution's services, monitor improvement efforts, and report the results to management.
- Examine service delivery and the factors affecting it, and implement and ensure necessary preventive and corrective actions.
- Follow national and international developments related to the quality system and new management systems, and present implementation-oriented suggestions to the Board.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the President.
