Information Technologies and Communication Authority has adopted the philosophy of Total Quality Management, which has proven its success at the international level in this field, in order to provide services with a modern management system in its regulatory, authorization, and inspection activities as a regulatory authority.

The Information Technologies and Communication Authority has established a "Quality Management System" and became the first autonomous institution to receive the TS EN ISO 9001 Quality Management System Standard certificate from the Turkish Standards Institute in December 2002.

The Information Technologies and Communication Authority was granted the TS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System Standard certificate by the Turkish Standards Institute in March 2018. Due to the update of the TS 18001 Standard to TS ISO 45001 by TSE on 27.04.2018, it transitioned to the TS ISO 45001:2018 version in April 2021.

The Information Technologies and Communication Authority (BTK), which has the vision to bring our country to an internationally effective, competitive, and innovative position in the information and communication sector;      ·         Prefers energy-efficient products and services to continuously improve and maintain energy performance at a high level.      ·         Uses energy efficiently, benefits from environmentally friendly technologies, and integrates these approaches into all its processes.      ·         Commits to full compliance with applicable legal and other requirements regarding energy use, consumption, and efficiency.      ·         Organizes training and awareness programs to inform its employees and business partners in line with energy efficiency and sustainability principles.      ·         Provides a framework for the establishment and review of objectives and targets determined within the scope of the energy management system.      ·         Commits to providing the necessary information and resources for the implementation of energy management activities, to continuously improve energy performance and the energy management system, and to fully comply with applicable legal and other requirements regarding energy use, consumption, and efficiency.
