Conciliation

The Information Technologies and Communication Authority is tasked, under the Electronic Communications Law No. 5809, with implementing the reconciliation procedure between operators when necessary, and, in the event that reconciliation cannot be achieved, taking the necessary measures that shall remain in force until otherwise agreed between the relevant parties. Reconciliation is conducted within the framework of the procedure specified in the relevant legislation.
