EU Financial Assistance

In line with the objective of benefiting from various funds and programs of the Union in the areas for which BTK is responsible, the annual programming studies related to pre-accession financial assistance continue with project proposals submitted by the Institution.

The Institution's sole ongoing project is the Technical Assistance Project for Harmonization with the EU in Separation of Accounts, Cost Accounting, and Weighted Average Cost of Capital Applications.

The TAIEX Office (Technical Assistance Information Exchange Office), operating under the Directorate-General for Enlargement of the European Commission, provides short-term technical support to candidate countries in their alignment efforts with the EU acquis. The Office's activities include study visits, expert requests, and workshop organizations. In this framework, project proposals are submitted through the EU General Secretariat by TAIEX to provide information on EU legislation in the telecommunications field and to transfer experiences from member states.
