End User Tariffs Relating to Mobile Electronic Communication Services

Telephone services based on mobile communication technologies have become an indispensable element of daily life. The provision of the aforementioned service is carried out by the operators within the framework of commercial freedom, based on the concession agreements signed between our Institution and the relevant operators. Accordingly, mobile operators notify our Institution at least 7 days before the entry into force of the tariffs and campaigns they will apply, as well as any changes related thereto, in accordance with the said agreements and the “Procedures and Principles Regarding the Notification of Mobile Electronic Communication Services Tariffs”, and freely determine their tariffs without exceeding the relevant maximum fees specified in the “Mobile Electronic Communication Services Maximum Fee Tariff (Maximum Tariff Schedule)” arranged by our Institution at certain intervals. The Maximum Tariff Schedule is updated twice a year, taking into account inflation and current developments. Within this scope, there are services whose maximum fees have been increased by considering the inflation rate, as well as services whose maximum fees have been reduced gradually or directly.
