Duties of the Information Systems Directorate Presidency

To ensure that requests within the framework of relevant laws are fulfilled in accordance with the Regulation,
To establish the necessary systems for the Presidency's activities, develop, operate, maintain and repair software or have them done, follow technological developments in this field and provide opinions to the President,
In cases where a judge or public prosecutor's decision or written order is obtained by more than one relevant institution regarding the same communication, to ensure that the requests are met simultaneously and that the relevant communication information is transmitted to each of the relevant institutions in real time,
To ensure that all recorded communication information, including voice, fax, data and internet, is delivered in a common format either decoded or raw according to the requests of the relevant institutions, and that the system operates on a 24-hour basis,
To store the recordings made, together with the content of the communication and information related to the communication outside the content, for as long as the measure continues,
In the event that encrypted communication is encountered during the decryption of recordings obtained by relevant institutions, to ensure that the crypto decryption mechanism is integrated into the system upon the request of the relevant institution,
To ensure the security of the recorded data,
To provide opinions on the procurement of all kinds of materials, systems and equipment needed for the Presidency's activities from domestic and foreign sources,
To fulfill other tasks assigned by the President.
