Duties of the Technical Operations Directorate

To ensure that requests within the framework of relevant laws are fulfilled in accordance with the Regulation,
To establish, have established, develop, operate, perform maintenance and repairs or have them performed for the necessary infrastructure for the Presidency's activities, to follow technological developments in this field and to provide opinions to the President,
To establish or have established a secure communication infrastructure between the required points in the quantity and capacity requested for uninterrupted, fast, and real-time access to the system by relevant institutions,
To preserve records belonging to relevant institutions, computer records and information related to all activities carried out by the Presidency and relevant institutions on the system within the framework of compartmentalization principles, to send them to relevant institutions or open access to them in accordance with the authority levels to be created,
To ensure the security of the established and operated systems,
To provide opinions on the procurement of all kinds of materials, systems, and equipment needed for the Presidency's activities from domestic and foreign sources,
To ensure that the flow of information is carried out regularly and securely through a separate and special network to be established for the Presidency, and to ensure the security of connections to be made to the Presidency by relevant institutions,
To fulfill other tasks assigned by the President.
