Duties of the International Relations Directorate Presidency

• Participate in the activities of international organizations, monitor the implementation of decisions taken, and ensure the necessary coordination.
  
• Represent the Institution at meetings of international unions and organizations related to the sector, and conduct protocol works to be signed with these organizations within the framework of relevant legislation.
• Exchange information between the Institution and international organizations and relevant institutions of other countries, carry out bilateral or multilateral cooperation activities, and prepare and implement protocols within the framework of relevant legislation in this regard,
• Ensure coordination with relevant units and organizations in the conduct of the Institution's relations with the European Union and legislative studies.
  
• Follow up the process for the signing and/or approval of international agreements, contracts, and other legal texts on matters falling within the Institution's duties and responsibilities with relevant public institutions and organizations, and ensure the formation of the Institution's opinion on these texts.
• Conduct necessary works for temporary assignments abroad.
• Organize international meetings to be held in our country, excluding activities such as procurement of goods, services, and consultancy.
  
• Perform other duties assigned by the President.
