Usage Rights Fees
Usage right: It refers to the right granted by the Authority for the use of scarce resources such as frequency, number, and satellite position.
Operators holding usage rights are obliged to pay a fee not less than the minimum value specified in the fifth paragraph of Article 11 of the Electronic Communications Law No. 5809; in cases where there is no need to limit the number of usage rights, the fee determined by the Authority, and in cases where the number needs to be limited, the fee resulting from the tender process.
