Reference Access and Interconnection Offers

Our Institution may impose on operators that it has determined to possess Significant Market Power (SMP) in the relevant markets and that it has obligated to provide access in those markets, the obligation to prepare a Reference Access and/or Interconnection Offer aimed at making public the provisions, conditions, and fees related to the provision of access. Operators with SMP are obliged to provide access in accordance with the procedures, principles, and fees specified in the reference access offers. Thus, operators seeking access services from SMP operators can foresee at least under what conditions they can obtain access and determine their strategies accordingly. Reference Access and Interconnection Offers are continuously published, following approval by our Institution, both on our Institution's website and on the websites of the obligated operators.
