Use of R/L by Radio/TV Broadcasting Organizations

Pursuant to Articles 8, 17, 36, and 37 of the Electronic Communications Law No. 5809 (EHK), the eighth paragraph of Article 26 and the third paragraph of Article 44 of the Law No. 6112 on the Establishment of Radio and Television Enterprises and Broadcasting Services, the second paragraph of Article 6 of the Authorization Regulation Regarding the Electronic Communications Sector, the second paragraph of Article 6, the third paragraph of Article 7, and Article 9 of the Regulation on Procedures and Principles Regarding Radio Operations, the Authority Decision of BTK dated 31.12.2019 and numbered 2019/YK-SYD/335, and other relevant legislation;

in cases where broadcasting organizations authorized by the Radio and Television Supreme Council (RTÜK) need radio link connections, such connections,

• can be established by obtaining services from authorized operators within the scope of Infrastructure Operation Service (K) by our Institution or from Türk Telekomünikasyon AŞ,

or

• within the scope of a permit or authorization that can be granted to the said broadcasting organization by our Institution.

can be made.

Otherwise, Article 63 titled "Penal Provisions" of the EHK and other relevant provisions shall apply.
