Radio Devices and Systems within the Scope of Authorization
1- Radio devices and systems located in the electronic communications network or infrastructure of operators authorized by the Authority are subject to the following provisions:
- Operators apply for a system installation and use permit with the relevant BTK Application Form and lists containing the locations where the devices will be installed, for all kinds of radio devices and systems forming the infrastructure.
- Following the evaluation of the application by the Authority within the scope of authorization, a system installation and use permit is granted.
- Operators are obliged to notify the Authority by filling the relevant BTK Notification Forms with the information regarding the system they have established upon obtaining permission. Operators of Shared Radio Services are additionally obliged to send to the Authority coverage area maps of the systems where services are provided, together with notifications regarding radio devices and systems located in the electronic communications network or infrastructure.
- Operators notify the Authority by filling the relevant BTK Notification Forms with the changes made in the infrastructure systems established within the scope of authorization and the given permission.
- A single general license is issued initially for all radio devices and systems located in the operators' electronic communications network or infrastructure.
2- For radio devices and systems located in the operators' electronic communications network or infrastructure, first the provisions specified in the operators' authorization document and, if there is a contract and/or protocol signed between the operators and the Authority, the provisions of this contract and/or protocol shall apply.
