Network and Information Security Audits

Pursuant to subparagraph (l) of the first paragraph of Article 4, subparagraphs (n), (ş) and (v) of the first paragraph of Article 6, and subparagraphs (i) and (j) of the second paragraph of Article 12 of the Electronic Communications Law dated 5/11/2008 and numbered 5809, the Authority may, ex officio or upon complaint, inspect or have inspected whether operators fulfill their obligations regarding network and information security, and may request any information and documents it deems necessary on the matter. Within this scope, planned and unplanned inspections targeting operators continue.
