In the event of transitioning to a 4.5G subscription while having a committed subscription under the current 2G or 3G scope, unless there is a request to the contrary, the rights under the relevant commitment agreement are protected throughout the commitment period. Therefore, the commitment is not breached due to the transition to 4.5G subscription. Similarly, operators cannot make tariff changes without obtaining the subscriber's approval in 4.5G transitions.
