For subscribers benefiting from this application, the operator provides notification when the upper limit is reached, and the opportunity to query invoice amounts free of charge is offered.
Additionally, within the framework of our Institution's regulations, as of 01/04/2016, in cases where no internet package is available, when an internet connection is initiated, the mobile operator will provide information stating “you are about to connect to the internet and the fee that will be reflected if the connection is provided.” Upon approval, billing will commence, and this approval will remain valid until the line's internet services are deactivated.
