How Do I Become a 4.5G Subscriber?

To benefit from 4.5G technology, firstly:

• The device must be compatible with 4.5G technology
  
• The SIM card must be compatible with 4.5G technology
• The 4.5G/LTE option must be kept enabled in the phone settings and
• One must be a 4.5G subscriber

is required.

To become a 4.5G subscriber by obtaining a new line: A new line can be obtained by signing the subscription agreement to become a 4.5G subscriber.

To switch from an existing 2G/3G subscription to 4.5G: Subscribers can convey their transition requests to the mobile operator from which they receive service via SMS, Call Center, or other methods offered by the operator (website, e-mail, etc.). In addition, operators can offer up to 4 proposals per calendar year to 2G or 3G subscribers regarding the transition to 4.5G subscription via SMS, Flash SMS, call center, internet, registered electronic mail, IVR, and similar methods. For example, subscribers can: 

• Reply to the SMS sent by operators for transitioning to 4.5G subscription or send an SMS to the short number featured on the operator's website and other promotional channels to become a 4.5G subscriber,
  
• Convey the 4.5G transition request by calling the operator's call center number, 
• Respond to the 4.5G subscription offer arriving as a flash SMS on the device screen via touch, 
• When called through the operator's voice response system, indicate the preference to become a 4.5G subscriber by performing the operations specified in the recording, 
• Convey the request to become a 4.5G subscriber through the menus offered on the operator's website that are accessed via password and similar methods.

How can I switch back from a 4.5G subscription to a 2G/3G subscription?

If the return request is submitted to the operator (via SMS, call center, etc.), return to 2G or 3G service will be provided. Additionally, in accordance with our institution's regulation, no fees are charged for SMS sent by subscribers during subscription transitions.

Is it mandatory to be a 4.5G subscriber?

To benefit from 4.5G services, you must be a 4.5G subscriber. If you do not switch to a 4.5G subscription, you will continue to benefit from 2G/3G services based on your current subscription.
