Approved Content Filtering Software

The New Regulation on Internet Bulk Usage Providers was published in the Official Gazette on 11.04.2017. To access it, click here.

In the New Regulation;

The clause “ARTICLE 5 – (1) c) Using content filtering software approved by the Presidency, which is one of the obligations of internet bulk usage providers (Internet Cafes) for commercial purposes,”

has been amended to read: “ARTICLE 5 – (1) b) Using the content filtering system and safe internet service in order to take preventive measures to protect the family and children and to prevent access to content that constitutes a crime,”
