It has been decided to publish the Draft Amendment to the Procedures and Principles Regarding Measures for Socially Supported Segments, as per the Decision dated 06.02.2026 and numbered 2026/DK-THD/033 of the Information Technologies and Communication Authority, on our Institution's website for 30 (thirty) days in order to obtain public opinion.
