Measurement Authorization Certificate
Organizations that wish to obtain a Measurement Authorization Certificate in order to conduct electromagnetic field measurements within the scope of the “Regulation on the Determination, Control and Supervision of Exposure Limit Values According to International Standards for Electromagnetic Field Intensity Originating from Electronic Communication Devices” (Regulation) published in the Official Gazette dated 21/04/2011 and numbered 27912, and that meet the application requirements specified in the aforementioned Regulation, can apply to our Institution by filling out the Measurement Authorization Certificate Application Form below, attaching the necessary documents and the receipt proving the payment of the Measurement Authorization Certificate fee. The amount of the Measurement Authorization Certificate Fee, which is redetermined every year, can be accessed via the link below:

In the event that any information in the application forms and attachments of organizations holding a Measurement Authorization Certificate changes, such change must be notified to our Institution together with the relevant documents within at most fifteen (15) days from the date the change occurs.
The conditions required for organizations applying for a Measurement Authorization Certificate, the rights and obligations of organizations holding a Measurement Authorization Certificate, and the rules they must comply with during their activities are set forth in the aforementioned Regulation (http://www.btk.gov.tr/mevzuat/yonetmelikler/dosyalar/ehc.pdf) and in the “Communiqué on the Qualifications of Personnel Conducting Measurements and Procedures and Principles Regarding the Obtaining of Measurement Certificates under the Regulation on the Determination, Control and Supervision of Exposure Limit Values According to International Standards for Electromagnetic Field Intensity Originating from Electronic Communication Devices” published in the Official Gazette dated 30/12/2011 and numbered 28158 (http://www.btk.gov.tr/mevzuat/tebligler/dosyalar/eas-olcum-usul-ve-esaslar.pdf). It is strongly recommended that the said Regulation and Communiqué be reviewed.
