By the Decision of the Information Technologies and Communication Authority dated 17.02.2026 and numbered 2026/İK-ETD/48, it has been decided to publish on our Institution's website for a period of 30 (thirty) days, for the purpose of soliciting public opinion on the “Draft Procedures and Principles Regarding the Procedures to be Applied in Operator Changes in Fixed Broadband, Wholesale Line Rental, and Dedicated Capacity Services” contained in the link.
