By the Decision of the Information Technologies and Communication Authority dated 09.03.2022 and numbered 2022/DK-BTD/61, it has been decided to publish the “Draft Regulation on Procedures and Principles Regarding Electronic Seals” located at the link below on our Institution's website until 11.04.2022 for the purpose of obtaining public opinion.
