
The International Spectrum Monitoring and Engineering Workshop, organized in partnership by the Information Technologies and Communication Authority and Aselsan, began today on May 3-4, 2023.
Hosted by the Information Technologies and Communication Authority, the workshop targeting Balkan countries featured presentations covering current topics such as spectrum monitoring, spectrum engineering, and location detection technologies.
Topics such as Narrowband Positioning in Multipath Environments, Spectrum Monitoring and Positioning with Swarm Drone Concept, Mobile Signal Detection and Cellular Analysis, 2/3D Coverage and Propagation Analysis, Mini/Micro Drone and GNSS Signal Detection/Identification, Anti-Jam GNSS Solutions, Mission-Critical Systems, and 5G/6G Technologies were evaluated by experts in the field.
Alongside the event, the goal is to enhance the international recognition of our country's domestically and nationally developed spectrum engineering and monitoring technologies. Following the event, participants were given a tour of the National Monitor Center and provided with extensive information on the components and capabilities of the New National Monitor System, which is designed and produced domestically and nationally.
