Solicitation of Public Opinions on the Draft Regulation and Communiqué on Amendments to the Regulation and Communiqué on the Registration of Devices with Electronic Identity Information

With the Decision of the Information Technologies and Communications Board dated 17.04.2026 and numbered 2026/İK-BTD/105, it has been decided to publish on our Institution’s website for a period of 15 (fifteen) days, for the purpose of obtaining public opinion, the attached “Draft Regulation on Amending the Regulation on the Registration of Devices Having Electronic Identity Information” and the “Draft Communiqué on Amending the Communiqué on the Registration of Devices Having Electronic Identity Information.”
Your opinions regarding the aforementioned drafts must be sent no later than 15.05.2026 to the e-mail address mcks_gorus@btk.gov.tr by using the opinion submission form available at the link below.
