Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure Dr. Ömer Fatih Sayan hosted guests from the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.
The Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus delegation visited Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure Dr. Ömer Fatih Sayan. The meeting was attended by Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure Dr. Ömer Fatih Sayan, EU and Foreign Relations General Manager Erdem Direkler, PTT General Manager Kenan Bozgeyik, Civil Aviation General Manager Assistant Haydar Yalçın, Bilateral Relations Department Head/EU and Foreign Relations General Directorate Olcay Doğan, Aviation Training Department Head DHMİ İsmail Toğay, Branch Manager/Bilateral Relations Department Head/EU and Foreign Relations General Directorate Dilek Görgülü, and Navigation Training Branch Manager DHM Sinan Yıldız.
From the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Public Works and Transport Kemal Bağzıbağlı, Post Office Director Sövüda Tabak, and Civil Aviation Department Director Mustafa Sofi were present at the meeting.
The TRNC delegation received information regarding Eurocontrol. Decisions were made to increase education and joint programs between the two countries.
Deputy Minister Sayan stated that all kinds of support will be provided to the TRNC and that cooperation between postal administrations will be increased. Sayan emphasized that they are fulfilling their duties to promote the TRNC's name on all platforms. Sayan noted that the necessary support will also be provided in terms of personnel training.
