The International Spectrum Regulations Seminar, organized at our Institution's Istanbul Regional Directorate, concluded with the certificate ceremony held on September 18 and the closing speech delivered by Gazali Çiçek, Head of the International Relations Department. Presentations were made by experts from our Institution, the Radio and Television Supreme Council, Türksat A.Ş., Aselsan, Iris, and representatives of the Turkish Radio Amateurs Association during the seminar, which was attended by nearly 70 participants from 40 countries. Additionally, within the scope of the seminar, visits were arranged to the Coastal Safety General Directorate Coastal Station (Turkish Radio) and the facilities of Avea A.Ş. Participants also took a tourist tour to Topkapı Palace on 16/09/2015.
