The 4.5G era in Turkey officially began with Transport, Maritime and Communications Minister Binali Yıldırım's first 4.5G connection call with our President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan. President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, who was continuing his engagements in Washington, participated live via mobile phone in the "Launch of 4.5G IMT-Advanced Services" ceremony held at the Information and Communication Technologies Authority (BTK). President Erdoğan, who conducted the first test of the technology by making a video call with Transport, Maritime and Communications Minister Binali Yıldırım using 4.5G technology, delivered a speech from his mobile phone at the ceremony he joined remotely.
