Today, we too will use technology, but we will do everything we can to use our own technology. We will use technology in the best possible way and succeed.”
BTK President Ömer Abdullah Karagözoğlu also spoke about Huawei's successes. Pointing out that the importance they attach to R&D and innovation lies behind the company's success, Karagözoğlu stated, “As the Information Technologies and Communication Authority, while we admire Huawei's arduous paths, rapid rise, and achievements; we once again see how important domestic and national software and technologies are for the development and progress of countries, and for this reason, we must continue our R&D and innovation efforts tirelessly and determinedly to write our own software and develop it as soon as possible.”
Expressing their desire for young people to have good equipment to make progress in this regard, Karagözoğlu concluded his speech by emphasizing that this must be done without straying from our essence.
