The "Digital Games Seminar and Workshop," organized by the Information Technologies Educators Association in collaboration with the Information Technologies and Communication Authority, Ankara Provincial Directorate of National Education, and Ankara Education Platform, will be held at the Information Technologies and Communication Authority on May 17, 2022.
The morning session of the event aims to raise educators' awareness about the positive and negative effects of digital games, the sectoral power of digital games that are beginning to rank among the world's most important sectors, and esports.
In the afternoon session, based on the information provided, the evaluation of students' gaming habits, possibilities for digital game development education, establishing digital game development teams, measures that can be taken in schools regarding the negative effects of digital games, and solutions to related problems will be discussed from an educator's perspective.
