The attached "Decision on the Redetermination of the Amount of the Passenger-Accompanied Mobile Phone Usage Permit Fee" has been decided to be put into effect in accordance with repeated Article 138 of Fees Law No. 492.

Fee Amount
ARTICLE 1- (1) The fixed fee amount specified in clause (1) of the section titled "VIII- Passenger-accompanied mobile phone usage permit fee" of Tariff No. (8) attached to Fees Law No. 492 dated 2/7/1964 has been redetermined as 1500 TL.
Effectiveness
ARTICLE 2- (1) This Decision shall enter into force on the day following the date of publication.
Execution
ARTICLE 3- (1) The provisions of this Decision shall be executed by the Minister of Treasury and Finance.
