Retail Tariffs of Fixed Phone Services
Tariffs of Turk Telekomünikasyon A.Ş. (Turk Telekom), which is the incumbent operator identified as having SMP in the market for the provision of fixed phone services to end-users, are subject to the regulations of the Authority within the framework of Electronic Communications Law (ECL) and Tariff By-Law. Turk Telekom’s tariffs and temporary promotional offers enter into force as long as they are notified to the Authority 7 days before the launch of the offers. Within this time period Turk Telekom's tariff proposals are evaluated regarding effects on competition, consumer rights etc. in the relevant market(s). Furthermore, tariffs are continuously monitored and necessary interventions may occur even after the entry into force of them.
